Training Program 5km

Our event sponsor Thrive Sports Medicine have developed a 5km training program to help you achieve the best result for race day.

These programs are to be used as a guide and will are not individualised. If you have injuries, get assessed and make sure you are medical fit to take part in these. Do as much or as little as you can based on your level of fitness and the pacing/effort should be done at a level suitable to you as the individual.
